I did the same setting as the quick-installation demo site.

I can not make twitter icon shown in mega position. I can set it in Magazine menu but not mega position.

Yes. I disabled JA cache in template, but it does not show twitter icon.
I am using J1.7 template. It seems J1.7 teline template has some problems.
JA-Tab1 is not shown even I set it up as the quick installation demo.
Breadcrum is not shown at the top.

The breadcrum should not be thereat the frontpage. If you search something, the search result is shown at the bottom.

Yes. I did. I tried and copied the setting but I could not work it out. I do not know why. The breadcrum is positioned and acting very strange.
Other top menu except Home, it works OK. Only Home menu is showing the very strange breadcrum position.

The breadcrumbs it’s in your content-main but your Home has type Featured-Articles but you haven’t featured articles published so your content-main is empty and the breadcrumbs appear in that way

You have some problems on your site

please install again using the quickstart package with sample data installed

So you can solve in one time all your issues
