In the site I am building in j25 to replace the 1.5 site I am setting up university. All the menus were working fine but are now no longer working. I am unable to locate the problem after considerable research.

The site is located at elewana.org/j25. You can see that the menus don’t drop down when hovered over. I’ve noticed that when trying to edit the template megamenu is greyed out and I am unable to even select a different option for testing. Can someone help please?

I found that the problem on your site due to the conflict in js of mega menu conflic with Subscribe to Our Newsletter module. I have disabled it the problem on your site is gone now

Yes, it did help and is working now. does this mean I won’t be able to utilize that Newsletter module? If so, do you think the conflict will apply to other newsletter modules we might select or just this one?

Because Subscribe to Our Newsletter is using jQuery and it was conflicted with mootools in mega menu and you need to add below script

jQuery.noConflict()

into jQuery file of Subscribe to Our Newsletter module.

If you can pm me FTP account of your site. Within our support scope, we don’t fix the problem on 3rd party extension but I will try to help you to check it.
