Hi there

I added megamenu configuration on your website , look at the attached images below. and it is working correctly

You will need to clean template cache each time you apply a change on your website.

Thank you, may I know turning the template development mode on and off has any effect on the Megamenu?

No it has no effects on megamenu configuration
