Hi Pankaj,

Sorry, I just realized the JA template is installed on our Dev server.

The problem is, JA Nuevo megamenu doesn’t show the submenus on hover. I installed T3 blank template and the megamenu is working fine. I also tried the T3_bs3_blank template and the megamenu doesn’t work.

We are currently using Joomla 2.5. Does it have something to do with our current Joomla version? If I’m not mistaken, both JA Nuevo and T3_bs3_blank template uses Bootstrap 3, so is this a version conflict issue?

Hi
Joomla 2.5 is more supported by Joomla itself.
I suggest you to check the extension compatibility of the site with Joomla 3.6.5 and update Joomla to this version.
Also, share the Site details on which you are facing the problem.

Hi Pankaj,

The mega menu is now working. I just disabled a jQuery plugin called JQuery Easy and the submenus are now showing on hover. Thank you for your time!
