Going to need to see your site administration settings – as this may be an issue with your current Community Builder version, or it could be an issue of needing to update your current JoomlArt files. Not enough information at this point to properly investigate/diagnose issue.

Can you provide temporary access to your site administration?

    Hi,

May i ask if you are using the latest version of all the software that’s installed on your website ?

I can see that there is a JS conflict that’s caused by the com_comprofiler (actually the issue is resided on

    Source File: http://stronatest.pl/bd/components/com_comprofiler/js/jquery-1.5.2/jquery-1.5.2.min.js?v=84612f1e5e2ec2d9
    Line: 15, Column: 68960

My suggestion is (if everything is updated) to disable the JQuery call on CB

Please let me know if there is anything else i can do to help you!

    Regards

Sorry i can’t disable Jquery on CB.
I contacted with Joomlapolis and in his opinion you see below.
“JA needs to implement jQuery in a noConflict state as CB does, but it’s possible for it to still conflict. Another option is for the template to use asynchronous loading of jQuery so it only loads when needed.”

My site is offline just too long. It very stressful.:((

    Hi,

As far as i know JQuery on JA Templates is implemented using noConflict and unfortunately this is still causing a conflict. I will ask help from my colleagues and i will see what we can come up with to help you.

    I will be grateful.
I’m using other JA templates (Ja Kranos, Ja community Plus) on other sites together CB component and there no similar problems.

    Hi,

May i ask what’s the difference here on this site ? I can see that you are also using SOBI and in pages that i can see that i can also see a bunch of errors (JS errors) showing.

It looks like your issue is more complicated than you ever thought.

I disabled compression (configuration->server-compression site->no) but any positive effects.
I checked other type of menu and only MegaMenu doesn’t working. Rest (css menu, dropline menu, split menu) is working correctly.

I changed template to Community Plus but problem still have
