Ok, I know it would be better to come up with screenshots or with url+login details in pm but I am suffering right now.

So there is a Mega Menu Item with submenu items (text separators) and events-booking type sub-submenu items.
The OFF-CANVAS menu on mobile devices only shows white lines instead of the submenu items.
Sub-submenu items are totally disappeared of the Mega Menu Item. :((
Any quick idea?

With a few words:

MEGAMENU at OFF CANVAS
– level0 menu items are ok
– level1 menu items (with submenu items) appear as lines
– level2 menu items – nothing appears

normal (NOT MEGAMENU) menu items at OFF CANVAS look fine.

Hi @palosutca,

Even I can imagine what you’re talking about but I couldn’t figure out what is the cause of it. As the template should work fine from the beginning, there’s no way we can investigate the bug without having a look at your site. Kindly provide your site url so we can check and we will try to reply back asap.

Just found that it is ONLY the default HOME menu item page has working OFF-CANVAS menu
It is a ja_events_ii – Features Intro style but it does not matter

BUT cannot reproduce even I set any other menu item:

• Default page
• Menu Item type (Special page: Blank Content)
• Menu Item order
• Same template style (ja_events_ii – Features Intro )
• unpublished… etc

AND the white stripe or white block issue comes ONLY with Text Separator menu items!

@palos: Off-canvas position is hidden by default in this template. I’ve enabled it on your site, see the screenshot. Now you can see it’s showing on your site.

@palos: I checked the link as your mentioned above but I could not see off-canvas menu on your site.

You can give me the screenshot and description on that, it will help to understand the problem on your site.

Thank you Ninja! 🙂 What a blame. Never imagined that the Off-canvas module is assigned for just some _selected _page and not to ALL. Maybe in the next edition of quickstart you should set it to ALL for the noobs and the half-noobs ;). Telling the truth it was completely out of my sight that it is a Module.
