    Hi,
first of all, thanks for all the work you’ve done! I’ve been using T3 for a while, I think it is an excellent product!!!

I’ve never have any issue, but in a site of a friend of mine the megamenu configuration doesn’t show anything. In any menu (see attachment). I’ve updated everything but the issue remains. The megamenu in frontend works fine, but I cant configure it!

    Joomla: 3.4.1
    T3 System: 2.4.8
    Purity III: 1.1.2

I searched around and I see that there is someone out there having this problem with multi-language, but is not my case. I don’t know what to do anymore!

Have a good day and thanks again,
    Mario

    Hi Mario,

This template is not ready for latest version of Joomla 3.4.1, we’re working on this template and will try to release it in next several days, please stay tuned.

For the megamenu issue, you can take a look at this discussion: http://www.t3-framework.org/discussions/edit-menu-items-for-authenticated-users.html#reply-317

    Hi,
    thanks for your answer!
I’ve upgraded to the newer version (1.1.3) of the purity iii, but the issue is still there… and I forgot to mention that the issue were there also with the previous version of Joomla (3.2): I’ve upgraded to 3.4 because I wanted to try the latest version of T3.
I’ve read the page you mentioned, but it wasn’t helpful! 🙁

This issue often occurs due to the wrong code in the template files, please try to temporary remove your custom code in the ‘local’ folder of your site and copy the files in folder ‘/templates/purity_iii/tpls’ to your site and check again.

    Hi, thanks for your answer!
There are some customization in the local folder, but I don’t think that is the problem: I have also the standard T3 template, which have no custom files, with the same problem.
In this website I had only the standard T3 template at first, and the problem was already there!

    Any other hints?

    Thanks,
    Mario

    Hi Mario,

May I know how you customize in the local folder? If it’s for template files (in ‘tpls’ folder), it will affect the layout.

    Hi Mario,

If you don’t customize anything for the layout, you can try to backup the current folder: ROOT/templates/purity_iii/tpls/, then download the package of this template and copy the /tpls/ folder in this package to the same directory on your site. This will ensure that it works with default package or not.

In case that there is still no go, you can check the server configuration of your site:
    – Which PHP version are used
    – Try to increase the PHP memory limit to a greater value
