We have just purchased the NEX theme, but while running through the uploaded site we ran into a couple of issues and questions:

1. We are unable to find the settings for Megamenu in template manager.
2. We are unable to find the ThemeMagic button in the template-manager.
3. The site is not responsive, it displays a seperate phone-optimized site, and the documentation does not state where to enable responsive design.
4. In the Phone version of the site the Topstories are hidden – they should not be, it’s the top stories!
5. When using the media manager in frontend editing the images are stacked and therefore not able to select anything but the “top image”.
6. How are the colors for the tags on the articles selected?
7. Almost all the module-positions in the documentation are written incorrect, and it is therefore very time-consuming to get a overview.

…i hope these are quick fixes since the layout and style of the theme is great.

it seems you are using a template
JA Nex for Joomla 3 and Joomla 2.5 developed with JA T3v2 Framework .
Them magic and megamenu and other options are in the
JA Nex for Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3 developed with T3 Framework .
please download the template containing t3 framwork .
you can download it from here

I am unable to update the extensions in the new install?

which extension you want to update ?
JA Extension manager will not update non JA module/plugins/templates .

Please go to the JA extension manager > service manager add your account config.
and mark it as default .

Sadly – it did not help.

In JA Extension-manager almost all the plugins are “no longer supported”, but the few who are comes with an error:

Errors occured during upgrading, please fix them fist
MySQL path is not configed
MySQL Dump path is not configed
Local repository path is not configed

and the Joomla-extension manager comes up the the same error as attached above.

Ahhh f**k i did not write and mention that i put it on the “real domain” just in case it would not work i still had the backup. The domain is: http://idemaskinrummet.dk/

it will shows you the updated version .

I can see that you are still on the T3v2 version of the site located on the development-domain: http://ide.1437.dk – as mentioned before the new T3 version is on http://idemaskinrummet.dk – sorry for the confusion.

It seems the version 2.6.5 i have is the most current, so it must be an error in Joomlas own updating engine. Thank you so much for the help.
