I have a site with 5 different languages.
The menu "sites" or "blocks" can be readjusted in MEGAMENU options in the template manager.
But I can only readjust the "main" menu, the others doesn’t appear.

I need more than one column for all languages.

Hi
You have to apply the same configurations on EN menu items like you already applied for ES menu items
Via template options > Mega menu .
You can send me your site temp. super user details via Private reply , if you are facing any issue in configurations , so that i can give u exact path with screenshots .

Hi
You have to create separate menu items for the different language and each language has its own menu .
Do not add all menu item in a menu .
Also create a different template style for each language so u can select mega menu for the each language and apply the mega menu options for each language .

Hi!
I did separate menus for spanish and english. "[Home]menu EN" is the new one.
In the current template, I used megamenu to configure to new menu

But I don’t understand how to do the "different template style". And how to link a new template to english language selection.

Hi
To create a new template style just duplicate the previous template style from template options .
Here : http://prntscr.com/cm0suw
After creating this you can select the Mega menu from Navigation tab : http://prntscr.com/cm0t02
And then assign the template style to menu items from assignment tabs : http://prntscr.com/cm0t3z

EN template style use EN menu in the Mega menu and assign it to EN menu items , same for other languages .
