Is there an easy way to move the megamenu styling in this template to Fixel? This looks so much better.

Perhaps you could utilize custom.css

Any css used in the template is a result of compilation from its less file, except custom.css.
custom.css will also be loaded lastly, that mean any styling from previously loaded css will get overwritten by custom.css content.

So, you may try creating custom.css, and copy everything inside ja_biz/css/megamenu.css into it.

Then you can retouch it whenever you needed.
