Kindly apply the suggestion given below:

Update the template to latest version
Reinstall T3 on site
Increase the max execution time from the server and set the value to 300.

At this time your site giving 404 on loading the megamenu,

i changed php.ini max_execution_time=300
i updated template
i reinstalled t3 plugin

sorry it did not work

There is a restriction from your server that does not allow the url to open layout.

Kindly disable the security extensions if you have any on-site or ask your host to fix the 403 error so the template will load all the functions.

My .htaccess is the problem. i renamed it and everything worked fine.
