I have signed up and paid 300 USD for 1 year JA Developer membership to be able to download, use and update JA joomla and magento templates. After doing so, I tried to download the JM Crafts template but was told by your site that I don’t have the right membership rights. Does it mean I have signed up for the wrong plan? I was under the impression that with the JA Developer membership I have unlimited access to all JA Joomla and JA Magento templates.

Hi

The Ja Developer Membership allows to download all Joomla templates and extensions, but not Magento products.

The Membership that allows to download all Magento Products is different also in the price.

So actually the system doesn’t give you the access to download Magento products

You may consider instead to switch on a Bundle Membership
JA Dev + JM Dev at a discounted price.

This wasn’t clear in the description. I did not realise that when it said that the developer membership gave access to all JA templates that this was only referring to the Joomla templates. You should make that clearer in your description. Please provide me with a PayPal payment link to upgrade my new Joomla developer subscription to a Joomla + Magento developer subscription.
