    Hello,

    Just after sending a ticket I saw it was in maintenance, so I’ll post here my problem.

    Recently I bought a JATC Standard Membership for 1 year but it’s not appearing in my user panel and I can’t download anything neither.

    This is the transaction id: 88634530YX779792V
    And the email account is the same of this account.

    Your JATC Standard Membership 1 year is fully activated and ready to use now. The delay might be due to network/ technical issues or the payment gateway times out at the time you paid us.
