Is there any menu item published in that box? Please try to clean cache and post your site url here if problem still persists. 🙂

Hi,

You can try open file: /templates/ja_nex(your default template)/css/menu/mega.css

add this css rule:

#ja-megamenu {
border-right: 0px;
}

Then clean cache.

Thank you! That removed the border but the last menu item isn’t spanning across. What can I do to troubleshoot this?
