You can change it in /templates/ja_edenite/ja_menus/ja_cssmenu.
Open this file and find this code:

#ja-cssmenu li ul a {
background:transparent none repeat scroll 0%;
border-right:medium none;
color:#FFFFFF;
font-size:92%;
font-weight:normal;
line-height:normal;
margin:0pt; <= CHANGE MARGIN HERE
padding:7px 10px;
}
