hi, i recently purchase Ja magz templates, i am having a problem with menu arrangements,
the home 10 module articles are not shown as on the demo site.

i am unable to add pictures to site editors user pages, the personal message on the user page and links to social media is not available.

the latest articles are only showing featured articles.

i did, the documentation does not illustrate more on menu creation.

Hi there

You are asking so much things and will be complicated to follow each step , at this point my suggestion is this :

Create a subfolder of your domain example http://www.goldfishn.com/quickstart/
create a new database , then download the quickstart version of the template from HERE

Extract files in your subfolder /quickstart and launch the installation remembering to install sample data when asked from quickstart procedure (image below)

In this way you will have available an exact replica of demo site so you can look at it and learn how to manage it , this is the best way to familiarize with it if you want to work with it in your future website development.

during installation, i installed the demo site, and everything was on the site, when i started uploading my files, they are not shown as on the demo site. please if you can not respond to all my questions now, please respond to how i can get the pictures and personal message of users and editors shown. you can login on to my site and see for yourself

i really hate to say this, now i am posting and the video category not available, only articles category are available, why can’t i post video and pictures articles, i am really not getting what i paid for, this template is so complicated, the support are not willing to fix my compliant

HI

I added a video article named "Making of Actionhorse’s "Ponytale" (VFX Shot)" in video category , as you can see it is working as should.

P.S. Disable your jce editor to see correctly which code to add

I also added ja slideshow module in home-30 position and your video module in home-11 position , if you want new items in home-12 for module users latest then add more users to your configuration.

I suggested best solution to learn how to work with this template it will takes only 5 minutes to install quickstart and see how to configure templates settings but seeems you do not want to hear suggestions , as you can see template works fine just need to be correctly set .
