It is not possible to assign modules to sub-items of the main menu, which one is linked to top_jazibal position.

No bug with other menus.

Dat means that you can submit us a ticket via http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?loginresult=1&group=default with full details (Url, admin and FTP account) so that he will have a closer look on your issue.
