Hi there

1. I would like to know how to change the menu bar on top of responsive site so it will not disappear when scrolling.? In my case when scrolling page up or down visitors should see menu bar all the time. Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/ahaomu

2. Off canvas menu sometimes has a time delay using smartphone in responsive mode. Do I use to many links or do I need faster webserver?

to fix the main nav add below code in custom.css file

.scrollDown .t3-header {
    top: 0px!important;
}

I did not found off-canvas menu on your site . There is only JS menu shows which open fine in mobile .
Here is doc for Menu system .

Login module settings below
Please find the same settings below as u already have for login module

Module position: content-mass-top
