You want do add something into the menu? or would like to find css code to change background menu and hover menu style?

Yes,

1) change background menu: please open the file /templates/ja_rasite/css/template.css and find the following code:

#ja-mainnav {
background: url(../images/mainnav-bg.gif) repeat-x left top;
font-family: Tahoma, Verdana, Tahoma, sans-serif;
height: 46px;
line-height: 1;
padding-top: 10px;
position: absolute;
top: 0;
z-index: 900;
}

you change other background on this css rule.
2) change background menu item: you open the file: /templates/ja_rasite/css/colors/light_purple.css and find these codes:

ul.level0 li.active a.mega {
background: url(../../images/light_purple/mainlevel-active.gif) no-repeat left top #A55CAD !important;
}

ul.level0 li.active a.mega span {
background: url(../../images/light_purple/mainlevel-active.gif) no-repeat right top !important;
}
