As requested, i publish again my request. My membership is ok now !

i discover today that my menu has a bug … no click possible ( parent menu and submenus) !!! the menu was ok for a long time. So i don’t understand what is happening.
the problem can be shown with chrome and explorer but not firefox…

    theme : ja MERO website : http://www.eydo.eu

Would you have an idea ?

i noticed in the admin an error message : an error has occured while fetching the json date…..
Can this message explain my bug ?

    Do you need admin access?

    thank you

    Hi,
i checke with chrome on several computers. i have the same bug : impossible to click on sub menus. they disappear immediately.

For your complete information ; i discovered the bug on joomla 3.5.1…
so i decided to update to 3.7. The bug was still here after upgrade.

So i think that the bug has nothing to do with the joomla version…

we have akeeba back up installed with old version if necessary…

    Thank you
    Pierre

    Hi
You are using an older version of T3 as well using latest Joomla.
As u said you have the same issue on the Joomla3.5.1 site?
may I have the site details of the compatible site with Joomla where I can check this problem, maybe it’s after the Joomla update?

Take a backup of the site and update the T3 and template to the latest version. Also, check the same with your Joomla 3.5.1 site after the update.

    Hi
Use JA Extension manager component to update the template.
    https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-component/ja-extension-manager

Also kindly wait for template update and restore the site backup.
The template is not ready for Joomla3.7 at this time.
