Hi,
if i select Type Menu–>K2–> Latest items from (one or more) users o categories
why i can choose only some categories and not all?

Your question is related to K2 extension , As i checked this Menu type allow to choose more then one category

http://prntscr.com/ai2zp3 and its working fine for me . You may check it again , if still issue i suggest you to raise the thread on K2 forum and its related to K2 and Joomla .
