In ja_sugite, I’d like to replace the top menu with another menu. I created the new menu, but have no idea how to replace the existing one. Can someone help?

Hello
you can change the Mega menu from Template options .
Go to Template manager >> JA Sugite >>> Navigation >> select menu .
DO the same if you have more then 1 template style in template manager for this template .

I went there and changed the menu but it doesn’t work. Is there some sort of aggressive caching going on that I need to clear?
