I am having a hard time making it so that my menu does not show up as transparent as it does now. I am talking about the drop down menu portion. Anyone know where I can change this setting? I have searched the CSS files and I cannot find it. I am using the CSS Menu option so I figured it would be there it probably is and I am just not seeing it.
Thanks
Jared

March 25, 2009 at 9:11 pm #298053This is the bit you want to edit.
{ja.cssmenu.css (line 160)
#ja-cssmenu li ul a
background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0 !important;
border-right:medium none;
color:#999999 !important;
font-size:92%;
font-weight:normal;
margin:0;
white-space:nowrap;
}just change the transparent bit to the colour of your choice.

March 26, 2009 at 7:18 am #298120It is in ja.cssmenu.css (line 160) as per the post above.
You will find that file in your templates>ja_cooper>ja_menus>ja_cssmenu folder.

March 26, 2009 at 3:29 pm #298259Thank you so much! Now I only have one problem left and I can launch my site. I cannot figure out what is wrong with the dropdown menu in IE. It works fine with Firefox and Safari but with IE the drop down menu goes behind my graphics and the sub-menu off of the dropdown does not even show at all. Well the left part shows but that is it. Do you have any ideas about that?
Thanks
Jared

March 26, 2009 at 5:03 pm #298288It is down to the way IE interprets the z-index. It is hard to tell what bit of code needs changing without first seeing your site though I am sure others will have experienced this same problem and will know the fix.
Try searching this board for z index.
