On your site is working with many jQuery files and it is conflicted with Mootools in JA Slideshowlite module and Mega Menu, I have added jQuery.noConflict(); into modules/mod_jaslideshowlite/assets/js/script.js and templates/ja_university/js/menu/mega.js files and used my solution #8. Now, your site’s working fine with iPhone devices.
