Great template JA Zibal! Only one problem so far and I’ve just noticed it. In IE the top of the first modul drops to below the last entry in the main body. Everything is fine in FF, Opera and Safari. Also OK in the latest IE (7).
I have the collapse module working with selected modules fixed to open but most to open/close. I have tried a variety of things ie. switching off the flashrotator in user 9. changing menus from transmenu to suckerfish – but so far no answers.
If someone could help it would be much appreciated. I expect that many people will go on using IE6 for a while yet, so it is important to get it working.
You can view our site at: http://www.threadsonline.net
We don’t usually use IE but thats what you need to use to see the problem.

November 9, 2006 at 12:08 pm #211541Please reduce the width of modules Advertising and Flash rotator. For Advertising, its width should be smaller than 165px.

Thanks khanh but still not working. Not sure what to do to achieve what your suggesting. I reduced the size of the png in Advertising from 170 width to 160. Still did not work so I switched it off. The images in the flash rotator where 480 but as I’m not sure what do there anyway (looks too small if someone changes to wide view) I just switched it off.
So with both off and I also switched off gig calendar which had an image – things still are not working. Where to from here? I could try switching off each individual module but thought I would check with you first for any further advice.
best wishes

November 10, 2006 at 3:13 am #211556Hi, I think your module “Business Directory” caused this problem. Please try to unpublish one by one module to determine which module cause the problem. When you find out those modules, try to reduce its side to under 165px.
There is another way to fix this problem:
Open template css file template_css.css, find class:
#ja-sidecol {
width: 190px;
float: left;
margin-bottom: 10px;
}and change to
#ja-sidecol {
width: 190px;
float: left;
margin-bottom: 10px;
overflow: hidden;
}November 10, 2006 at 11:16 pm #211577Thank you again. The overflow: hidden; works well in the wide mode but we still have the problem in the narrow mode. I’m not sure where to look to narrow the business directory module which you suggested might be the problem. (I tried unpublishing this but it made no difference.) If you can advise me on this I could maybe try it. Alternatively, could I reduce the width of the body area or move it to the right? And if so, how would I do this?
best wishes
