You find this code from /templates/ja_tiris/css/menu/mega.css

.ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.mega a.mega {
color: #A5A5A5; < change this line
font-size: 116%; < change this line
font-weight: normal;
line-height: 20px;
padding: 10px 0 0 0;
text-transform: uppercase;
}
