We don’t know which article was published in that position, you probably deleted or unpublished an article into your EOC Blog category which is the category from which your home is taking content to publish.

Try to look at it and verify

Articles published in that position ( section-2 ) are coming from JA ACM Module Magazine – Featured News : packery type, your module has set to show only 7 articles from the specific category as you can see from img below, you can change it to show more or less.

I have been trying with all numbers up to 11 but there is always a hole (space). Before was 7 and it was fine. Could you help me to fix it?

Module JA ACM is a responsive module , if you change screen resolution you will see articles blocks changing positions

No this happens on each screen , this is not an issue it is correct just hold your shift key and scroll up and down with your mouse and you will see it
