August 26, 2011 at 4:12 pm #408756I can’t help you because your current template is not a product of joomlart.

Where exactly is “Browse By Category” in that template – to demonstrate what it is you are looking to accomplish? If you are asking about integrating modules in with the Mega Menu, then you should review our MEGA MENU USER GUIDE for complete (and illustrated) instructions.
Let us know what it is exactly you are wanting to accomplish.

August 26, 2011 at 10:55 pm #408846Sorry for the poorly initial post.
1st of all, the correct link is this : http://demo.icetheme.com/index.php?template=it_theshop
Now u’ll can see the “Browse By Category”I wanna do that on ja purity II for joomla 1.7 in the menu module (Main Menu) which is located on the left position of the template.
So far i know that there is a special mod for that instance, but is not for sale or downloading, just integrated in their templates.
I didn’t fine a plugin or module to do that.
So, if u can provide me some basic baby steps to lead me on the right path for doing that i will be very grateful.
If u still don’t get it what i wannt i’ll provide u some full documentation with what i know and what i need (including photos, files and more)

August 27, 2011 at 10:23 am #408924Sorry about I didn’t understand your idea. To use dropdown menu, you use mod_jt_superfish_menu (http://jtemplate.googlecode.com/files/mod_jt_superfish_menu.zip)

August 27, 2011 at 11:40 am #408929Module’s can be menu’s of course which is what they are anyway.. but your looking to change horizontal drop with columns to vertical drop with columns.
There are 2 ways I believe you could do this, and one is with “grouping” of the child items.
so, child items 2 would be column2 , 3 column 3, etc. This is done from the menu for each menu item.Another more flexible way but more work, would be a combination of T3 layout / block manipulation and the above. The T3 wiki and this article http://www.sohtanaka.com/web-design/mega-drop-downs-w-css-jquery/ can hopefully give you a direction. You’ll see about halfway down that article that you CAN achieve what you want via mega-menu.
Because you’ve choosen the purity_II template which is based on T3 you’ve got a great deal of flexibility in what you can do.I believe the simplest solution is this thread http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/vertical-menu-t3-framework/
