Hi Staff,
I’ve got another little (i hope) problem:
I cannot see the main menu at the top of the site when i look at the web-site with my smartphone. It happens in both cases; when the layout is setted in "responsive" view and when it is not!
Whe i look at the web-site by pc everithing is ok!

Hi
Your site seems using same view for the all devices .
Responsive is OFF . Kindly take full backup of site and custom changes then compile Less to css from template options .
When u turn off or ON responsive mode you need to compile Less to css so new style code will be generated .
Also make sure your are using latest version of site and T3 .

Thanks Pankai..
I’ll try to compile Less to CSS…..but,
the problem, in my opinion, is that when i set Responsive ON the menu does NOT appear the same on the mobile smartphone…….while on tablet it does appear!!! so i think the problem may be another…

you template and T3 plugin are outdated . Kindly take backup of site (if already then ignore)
and update the template and T3 to latest version .

Add JA Account user pass in Ja extension manager component to update JA Extensions

I know it’s been so long time since i red your post..but i’ve been very busy to dedicate myself to this issue again.
Anyway, i did my backups (site and DB) but didn’t understand where i have to go to get these updates.

Ok, i’ve updated jadirectory template and T3 framwok as you said in your post….but the issue is not solved.
Taking a look at the admin side i noticed that a new menu called "Default" has been (probably automatically) created….and its main voice seems to be the default page of the site.
Every time i try to change it as "not default" it doesn’t change!!!
Could it depend from this?
Also the "logo" does not redirect to homepage!! Could it be there’s a link between these things?

you need to clean your browser cache and check it .
Beside i am not able to get what do u mean by a menu auto created on backend , could u give me more details with screenshot how to replicate this issue .

Hi Pankaj,
no, it has not the same view: as you can see in the mobile view the menu on the grey part of the site, at the top, (with the voices "home-about-newsfood-contatti) is missing.

I am not sure about the menu part , you can unpublish it if you do not want the menu .
For menu take backup of site , compile Less to css from template options .
Or u can give me permission to do this step after back of site . i will try to fix it directly on your site .

Hi,
i cannot unpublish the menu. It says that it contains a voice of menu which is "default page" and there is no way to set some other voice of some other menu as "default page".
Anyway, as soon as possible i’ll take another backup (since i did some other update in these days) and give you permission to take a look in the site.

i’ve tested in microsoft nokia smartphone and it works fine…while i have to test it with android smartphone….but i think it’s fine too.
You’ve been very polite!
What about the logo that is not redirecting to homepage……have you got some advice?
