January 26, 2009 at 4:03 pm #288304Open template.css (line 1262)…
#ja-footer li a {
display:inline;
padding:0 10px;
}
your padding line should be the same as the one above.

My CSS is exactly as above, which is why I am a little confused. Where should I search next.I have tried it in a number of browsers and it appears teh same in them all, very squashed.

January 27, 2009 at 11:05 am #288433It is already set to list. I have also tried the legacy list but that certainly didnt work as I expected.

January 27, 2009 at 1:59 pm #288462Ok 2 things…
As you can see from the CSS I posted above the padding of 10px that is applied to the arrow is only applied to links – #ja-footer li a. As these are separators and not actually links yet that is why the arrow is not in the correct place.
Also if you open your menu again in the Module manager and open ‘Advanced Parameters’, you should have -nav in the Menu Class Suffix box.
So… make the menu items links and add the suffix and it should all be fine.

January 27, 2009 at 6:44 pm #288505Its a great learning curve this, I love this forum. Unfortunately this hasn’t worked either which is odd as I was sure you were correct. I have attached some screen shots of my module settings.
What else is missing? Very Odd indeed.

January 28, 2009 at 10:16 am #288599They’re still not links. Have a look at the first part of my post again. They need to be links for the css to apply. The first one, ‘About Us’, looks correct because it is a link already.

January 28, 2009 at 3:16 pm #288665lol, no problem.
To make them empty links that don’t point anywhere just make them External links and use # as the URL. This just links to the top of the page.
