I tried to modify and / or create a new menu, but it is impossible.

The page is loading and presents "Internal Server Error".
I’ve checked my server is running.

I hope for a possible solution.

Hi
In this case you need to check the files and folder permissions of your site .
Also go to extension > manage > Database and fix the error if you see them . If you are still getting this error i suggest you to first contact to the hosting provide to look into this issue . it may belongs to server side .
