    Menu item isn’t showing up. I clicked the cache and installed a new browser and tested it there, but the menu item isn’t showing up when I log in as a coordinator nor super admin.

    What could be the problem?

    Dear novajugo,

    Please make sure that you add the menu item in the right menu group,You can provide me your admin account via the ticket of BSO-222-62786 for further checking on the issue.
