My site is http://162.242.220.38/
If you select ‘About Us’ from the menu in the header it results in a 404.
If you manually add /index.php/ the menu item works

http://162.242.220.38/about-us << results in a page not found
http://162.242.220.38/index.php/about-us << this works fine when I add ‘index.php’ manually

How might I change my configuration so that the menu links work?

In Global Configuration, you enable in SEO Settings 1.Search Engine Friendly URLs 2.Use Apache mod_rewrite 3.Add suffix to URLs and you use this option But Apaches users only!

Rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess before activating
