Hello Sir

I have created a menu that link to my k2 authors to display k2 items for specific authors. But the page is loading blank for my authors.

The author name is Le Defi Sport

Hi there,

What type of menu item did you create for this k2 authors page? pls describe steps in details then I will try to reproduce in my local site to see what’s wrong here.

First of All

I created a new menu name: “Auteurs”
then i created sub menus : for e.g “Le Défi Sports” with Menu item type as : User page(blog)
Then i select one author from my k2 users’ list. and filter the categories in basic options. That’s it.

I just tried to create menu item in the same way and it displayed fine, please try to change the Template Style in settings of that menu item:

i changed the Template style as you mentioned but still no luck. I get a blank page. If i PM you my site login can you see to it please? Its very urgent for me

What should I do for the author page to display correctly,any other option i can explore?

Hello

The problem got solved, a JATC technician figured it out for me, the Template style for the menu needed to be changed to “JA_FUBIX – Default K2”. Hope it helps someone.
