The “top” menu is missing from almost all my pages, example is http://virtualcns.com/home/index.php/company

How can I add it back without affecting all work done until now?

@virtualcns,
You need login backend => Template Manager => JA Appolio Default => Click Tab Navigation => choose Menu=Top ( see image http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/672/7035254112.png) and click save
