    I have had a few minor problems with the Community Plus template:

    1. The Menu Module that appears blue on demo site. If the template is changed to left-content-right, or the menu module is moved to a position other than left, the blue mod is lost. Is there a way to retain the blue appearance in these other positions or configurations? Is there any other color options other than blue? I have tried others such as green, red but to no effect.

    2. The typography highlight on some demos shows different color highlighting for -1, -2, -3 options but these all appear as yellow highlighting on the demo and my site. Are the other highlight options no longer functional?

    3. JA typo extension does not appear to work with this template. Am I correct?

    Thanks,

    Darin 🙂

    Hello cohibadad,

    Would you mind getting me a few screenshots of 1st and 2nd problems for more clarifications? Then I shall know what you are trying to achieve.
    Right now, I am quite not sure where to start.

    Regards.

    Hello Stork11,

    1. The blue main menu module on the home page shows up as blue if in the default position of the demo (which is left) with the layout being content-left-right:

    but if the menu module is set to another position (e.g. user5) it loses its blue background/shape:

    or if it remains in the left position but the layout is changed to left-content-right it appears:

    2. On http://templates.joomlart.com/ja_community_plus/typography.html the different highlighting options (-1, -2, -3) show up as different colors:

    but on the community plus 2.5 live demo (http://joomla25-templates.joomlart.com/ja_community_plus/typography.html) and on my localhost site all highlighting (-1,-2 and -3) shows up as yellow:

    Thanks,

    Darin

    Hello Darin,

    For 1st problem, it’s style of template. Style is different from each position.

    For 2nd, what did you mean when you said “highlighting options (-1, -2, -3)”? I can see typography is the same on “template” and “demo” link.

    Please re-check it.

    Regards.

    Thanks Stork,

    So it is not possible to have the same style in the same position (ie left) if the layout is changed from content-left-right to left-content-right? And the template link shows 3 different colored highlight colors (yellow, green, blue) while the demo link shows a different yellow color. Do your links not look like my included screenshots?

    Thanks,

    Darin

    Hello Stork11,

    Your screenshots show the same as mine. The first has 3 different colors of highlighting while the second has just yellow highlighting. If you look at the html, both have the same 3 highlighting options highlight-1,-2 and -3 but the first displays as 3 different colors and the second displays all 3 as yellow.

    Hello Darin,

    You can add “!important” after “highlight-1,-2,-3” as below to fix this issue:

    .highlight-1 {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #FDF6CA !important;
    }

    Regards.
