That’s weird, all newly created articles have double title. One of them with no link and comes from "Menu name" and the other one is article title with link. Sample data articles don’t have that but as soon as I start creating new articles then all having menu name as a title.
If I save the sample article as a copy then menu name does not appear as suppose to be. I compared literally all settings side by side with sample article, all settings are identical.

What can cause this issue? A bug?

That is the menu item page heading , set it to No as showed in image below.

Thank you Pavit. I was in impression that Global settings of "Show Page Heading" was in effect because all menu items "Show Page Heading" settings are set to Use Global.
