Where can I translate the menu name NAVIGATION that appear on small screens?

Go to templates/ja_university/js/menu/ and edit menu.js @ line 61 but this js works across all languages. I can’t find an ini file or any other file that holds language specific.

In this case, it is only one language on the site so hardcoding is ok,
but it would be great if the developers had a look at this for making it translatable in multilanguage sites.
