Hi
To disable the search module , You can go to module manager > Find the search module and unpublish it .
For logo and main nav color , I need to check it on your site . Kindly share your site url .

Hi
i can see the Bg color of the site header is already white with custom code added custom.css file .
To apply it in all layouts add !important with color code
example : #white!important;

The logo image is already using the max size > http://prntscr.com/9svd15
Add a big size image then current , currently its max size of image with respect to original image .
