Hi everyone…

I’ve worked before with JA Jason and didn’t have any problem.
Now the only difference (as far as I know) is the joomla version 3.3.6, the other one where is working is on 3.4.1 joomla. I don’t think it is the problem but i mention it just in case.

when collapsing on desktop it just disappear

I checked both site and see that the code to display toggle button in mobile layout was not there, look like you removed it by mistake when modifying the template.

In this case, please kindly provide a temporary FTP account via private reply so I can check the code.
