I am having a bit of trouble with the main menu in JA Sugite as well as JA Appolio. When viewing the page on a desktop using any browser it seems to work fine, but when using Chrome on a mobile device (at least from an iPhone) it is not working. The URL to the site is: http://demo.mypowercontact.com. In Safari it works fine. What is happening is the menu drop down works, then when the link is pressed, the page scrolls down then immediately seems to scroll back up to the top. This is not happening in Safari though or on any desktop browser.

I checked the other forum posts but none of them seem to address this particular issue. It’s probably a CSS thing, but I am not able to isolate it.

    Thanks in advance,
    Steven

    Hi Steven,

Which iPhone version are you using? could you pls try with another device? as when I access your site with my iPhone, it works properly in Chrome.

Thanks for checking – I’ve tried on both an iPhone 4 and an iPhone 6 both using the latest releases of iOS as well as the latest update to the Chrome browser.

Here is a quick video of what is happening so you can see the issue. The video notes the presence of the additional side menu (off-canvas) menu, but that isn’t the one I’m concerned with – I’m disabling that one – the main menu at the top is what I’m concerned with:

    Thanks!

The link in your recorded video is different from the link you post in this thread: http://demo.mypowercontact.com/

But I also try with that link but don’t see issue. Could you please try to open another device?

Btw, I’m using Chrome version 42 in my phone.
