I have a fresh install from quickstart package. Only the mega menu shows, but the topnav, footnav, and Main Menu in left position don’t show. The title for Main Menu shows, but no menu items footnav, and topnav menus don’t show at all. I even tried to get it to show the title to see if that would at least show, but nothing at all. All menu items that show in your demo are published and the module positions are also enabled, but nothing shows. Any ideas how to fix this?

Quickstart install was done correctly and all seems to be working fine. I installed the sample data and other than the menus not showing everything else looks exactly like the demo.
