I am having a BIG problem with this template (edenite) and hope there is a fix.

im using Joomla 1.0.0.15

I created a regular joomla menu but it ONLY shows up when a submenu item is selected.

the top menu, set to blog a category, will not show the left hand menu unless it is set to be in all pages

If i selectively publish it to all but a few pages, when the top meny item is selected directly in any configuration it wont display at all!!

this is a problem as the site has a few pages that require a full page without a left hand module.

Menu problem with Edenite
using joomla 1.5.3
tried all different menus through the template manager
Split Menu , CSS Menu, Moo Menu and Dropline Menu
All show problems, ..menu is shown like a listing (like html <li>..</li>) ???

any clues??

PROBLEM SOLVED !!

resulted that using the “Quickstart included Joomla! 1.5.3 download” there is a bug with the menu in the Edenite template
replacing the template with the “ja_edenite_template_v1.2_1.5.3” the problem is resolved
