Hi all,

I got Joomla 1.5.3, JA Telina II 1.3 and jReviews 2.0 and I am having the following problem.

I have a few sections for example “Film” and “Review” under “Film” I have the categories “movies, documentaries, shorts” and under “Reviews” “Film, Music”

Now for some reason in my magazine menu I have Film and Reviews sections listed. however for some reason the articles in Reviews -> Film appear under the section Film. Is this a template, plugin, module problem? is it a jreviews problem? or a joomla problem?

Would appreciate your help.

I have a similar problem. In the JA-News 1.3.1 module I set it to show specific colors for category ids, but on the frontpage when I click on a category it actually brings me to the article ids it corresponds with. for example, my category local news is set to id = 8 and on the frontpage it looks right with the color showing as it should. But once you click on that category it goes to the article id = 8, which in fact, it should go to category id = 8. Can someone offer a fix for this?? Thanks in advance!

reason it’s this:

1.plugin jazin created section and menu links

2. If you open per example in magazine menu (for the first time after plugin process) section Reviews, and change something(related with articles or diplay -it’s not important), an then save.

3. then it’s section linked to all section , while in second step(with first time opening menu item) you can see this where it’s selection of section for menu item – that jazin works automatic, all menu item for section it’s linked in menu to all section(but each section show articles correct) but when you ope menu, and save this, then it’s problem which you have

you have now just open this menu item, p.e Reviews and just select section Reviews, then save

Note: this it’s in joomla 1.0.x, probably in 1.5, but i have not use this version

well turns out the problem was all about aliases, they were similar, I just went in and made all the aliases different and it all worked out fine as far as i can see, will update after testing it more.
