}

And change to


#ja-subnav {
height:20px;
}
You can change 20px as you want.

The menu in JA Norite is very similar to the YooTheme menu sample and there is a light color version. But the thing about Joomlart menus is that it is hard coded into the template, so it takes a bit of work to figure it out.
