Hi
Are you using any 3rd party extension on the site?
It looks like the 3rd party extension using the Bootstrap 2 style and it overrides the template style file that is using Bootstrap 3.
Kindly disable the extension loading style from Bootstrap 2 and check.

Thank you for the tip. I found out what was causing the issue, and fixed it by disabling loading Bootstrap.
