Hi. Here is my website URL:

The problem is with IE7 and IE8.

When the sub-menus(suckerfish or jamoo) open up in IE7 or IE8. It is much transparent.
So, until I take my mouse on on that sub-menu.
Please help me in solving this transparency issue.
I also have 2 more questions:
1: how to change the mouse-hover colour for the sub-menu? (right now it is black)
If I get to know which template file contains tha I can look for it.
2: To create a new module position as shown in the site below:
http://www.newmarketinc.com/ (the contact us/customer portal menu at the top)
where in the index.php should I add this? I am confused in getting the exact position.

Please help.

You can change background of sublevel following way below :
Open ja-sosdmenu.css file in templates/ja_purity/css folder, find following code section at about line 275 :

#ja-mainnav ul.menu li ul a:active,
#ja-mainnav ul.menu li ul a:focus,
#ja-mainnav ul.menu ul li:hover,
#ja-mainnav ul.menu ul li.sfhover,

#ja-mainnav ul.menu ul ul li:hover,

background: #333333;

change background at red text.
