To do u mean by the browser page title for the menu ?
Its working fine, I just added tech as browser page title for technology menu and you can see its showing fine.

This menu type only used to show the modules.
I added page heading code in "/html/com_content/category/blank.php" in template "ja_teline_v". file
You can see the page heading is showing now.
