Megamenu will not display in either default or assigned JA University Template. I followed the tutorial, with no luck. Attached is a screen shot showing missing megamenu, as well as thememagic, etc.

QUESTION:
When you installed your template, did you do so via the quickstart + sample data installation process?

So it would appear that’s a “no.”

Might I suggest you start over and download/install the quickstart package and install the sample data as part of the installation process. This way, you start with a virtual clone of the demo – which you can modify from there. In other words, the mega menu will be configured for you – and you can customize things from that point.
