Hi alll !
I have spent 30 minutes to modify layout of Mesolite 1.5 , convert it from 2 colums layout (left + body ) to 3 columns layout ( left + body + right ) . I have edit 4 file in Mesolite templates :

1. index.php file in templatesja_mesolite folder.
2. ja_vars_1.5.php file in templatesja_mesolite folder.
3. template.css file in templatesja_mesolitecss folder.
4. ja.script.js file in templatesja_mesolitejs folder.

If you use quickstart package you need change width of slideshow module and vmproductslide module after update obove files :

– you must go to admin >> module manager >> select slideshow module –> set width of it to from “760px” to “565px”.

– With vmproductslideshow module, change number element from “4” to “3”.

hainn…. what specifically did you change in the template.css file… reason being on my end i have edited that file heavily… if you can tell me exactly what you changed i can just copy and paste the change’s into my file…

I have a problem, default frontpage is again hidden like it was in 1 version of template.

manindersingh i am just trying to enable the default frontpage for joomla instead of ja news…and move the featured products down into the ja news mod position or just unpublish it altogether…
any idea’s

Hi all !
To display default frontpage joomla instead of ja news :
Open index.php file in templates/ja_mesolite folder, find following code section :

</div>
<?php endif; ?>


change to :

i need to either drop the featured products module below where the frontpage content is or just disable it altogether… in my case i really dont need it with the slideshow of products offered…

another problem, can’t change height of slideshow. i put 152 px and there is emty space beetween slideshow and product slideshow. i attached screenshot.

soulja go into the vm slideshow or vm featured products css file and adjust the parameters,,,
